Service and sustainability – the Simply Washrooms way….
As I sit down to write our first Simply Washrooms blog and share with you what we’ve been up to, I’m struck by what an exciting time it’s been for us.
It all started with the launch of our Company Brochure back at the start of the summer, a chance for us to tell you who we are and what we do. We then launched our Product Brochure providing information on our extensive range of washroom services. And, it culminated with the launch of our new website. That’s quite a whistle stop tour of what has been a busy few months over here at Simply Washrooms HQ!
We started the work by asking ourselves some questions. What are the challenges our customers face, and how can we best solve them? Why do our customers choose to work with us? What can you expect when you become a Simply Washrooms customer?
We started by doing some research and posed these questions to our customers.
Unsurprisingly, service came out on top. Our reliability was one of the main reasons our customers thought so highly of us. It’s simple really. We turn up when we say we will, and we do a great job.
It led us to develop our monthly online service tracker. It shows how our service team is performing on a monthly basis and the level of service we offer. A great feature I’m sure you’ll agree.
We kicked off October with a bang – operating at 100% service.
Another area we’re well known for is our commitment to the environment. We’ve long championed the role washroom services providers can play in helping their customers achieve their environmental goals. It’s an issue that is very close to our hearts here. While we pride ourselves on the level of service we provide, we’re passionate about doing it in an environmentally responsible way.
When we started our journey, we made a commitment that we’d never send any of the hygiene waste we collect to landfill. And I’m proud to say, it’s a promise we’ve kept.
The online tracker also shows you how much hygiene waste we send to landfill – NONE, ZERO, ZILCH! We’re impressed with it too!
