We wanted to contact you as we’re all facing a very unusual set of circumstances with coronavirus (COVID-19).

Please be assured the health and safety of our colleagues and customers is our top priority. We’ve implemented robust risk control measures to ensure our service team’s exposure to infection is reduced, helping to protect them and our customers.

These include ensuring we continue to promote both effective hand hygiene and the use of personal protective clothing.

We have implemented a coronavirus business continuity plan. The aim of this is to ensure we maintain our services and minimise the spread of the virus.

Currently, we’re operating as normal. We’re continuing to carry out all our work activities and maintain our level of service. Our aim is to ensure business continuity.

We’ve implemented proactive measures to ensure we continue to maintain service to our customers including employing additional service team operatives. We believe we’re taking the necessary steps to mitigate the impact on our business and in turn, our customers.

However, this is an evolving situation. We’re following guidance from relevant agencies including Public Health England and the Government. We will follow this advice and do all we can to keep disruption to a minimum.

We will continue to monitor the situation and any potential impact it could have on our business and services and keep our customers informed of any changes.
